Modmarket To Join DIA's Lineup of Healthier Eateries In The Spring

The fast casual restaurant Modmarket will join the restaurant repertoire at Denver International Airport in the spring of 2014. Slated for the Concourse B Food Court, Modmarket DIA will be open daily, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

"We are excited to join other local Denver-area companies at DIA, such as Root Down and Udi's, to promote the fact that part of Colorado's healthy lifestyle is a commitment to sustainable dining, even when traveling," says Modmarket co-founder Anthony Pigliacampo.

Modmarket DIA will offer a farm-fresh menu that can also be found at the company's six metro-Denver locations. From-scratch, seasonal selections will include sandwiches, soups, salads, and pizzas, many of which that can be made vegan or gluten-free.

Modmarket will also open a downtown location on 16th Street and Champa in January 2014.
