More Thanksgiving Feasts at SALT, Opus, The Plimoth, and Colterra Food and Wine

Here are some additions to the Ultimate Guide To Denver's 2013 Thanksgiving Feasts: Boulder's SALT the Bistro is serving a three-course Thanksgiving menu from noon to 7 p.m. Offerings include oven-roasted turkey, wild salmon filet, and pumpkin semifreddo. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling 303.444.7258.

Also on Thanksgiving Day, Opus Fine Dining & Wine Bar, will serve a three-course menu that incorporates holiday classics (oven-roasted turkey and candied sweet potatoes, with less traditional menu items like sage scallop chowder, butternut squash tortellini, and espresso crème brulee. Tickets cost $45 per person, and $65 with wine pairings. Children eat for $22. Call 303.355.5853 to book a table.

The new Plimoth restaurant will be open on Thanksgiving, too. The restaurant is rolling out seasonal specialties for their opening at 4 p.m. For more details, follow its Facebook page.

Colterra Food and Wine in Niwot will be serving a three-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu for $55 per person ($15 for kids age 12 and under,) offering holiday favorites as well as mahi mahi, prime rib and a fall vegetable tasting. Dinner is served from 2 to 7 p.m. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling 303.652.0777.
