Sylvain Marrari has joined the Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE at the St. Regis Hotel in Aspen as executive pastry chef. Marrari comes from the award-winning Setai in Miami, where he served as executive pastry chef, overseeing the hotel's five restaurants.
