Stem Ciders Softly Slinging Malice and Banjo In RiNo

Denver, meet Stem Ciders. The new cidery and taproom at 2811 Walnut Street is hosting a series of soft openings that started over the weekend and will continue until the grand opening on January 10. They'll be announcing these pop-up open hours on Facebook.

The company promises "Colorado-grown, Colorado-pressed, Colorado-produced, and Colorado-loved hard cider" and expresses excitement about the growing cider trend in the state.

Expect two regular ciders at Stem: the Malice, a fruit-forward, dry cider, as well as the Banjo, a bourbon barrel-aged cider.
