Colorado's most prominent annual food bash and one of the nation's premier culinary events, the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen has opened ticket sales today.
This 32nd edition of the festival will take place June 20-22, 2014, bringing a three-day weekend of more than 80 cooking demonstrations and wine seminars, panel discussions, tasting events and the famed Grand Tasting Pavilion. Celebrity chefs and renowned wine experts confirmed to participate include Hugh Acheson, Richard Blais, Tom Colicchio, Jacques Pépin, Marcus Samuelsson, Curtis Stone, and Michael Symon, with many other culinary trendsetters expected to attend.
Among the highlights of this year's line-up are Top Chef Family Meal with Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons; 10 Years of Cocktail Favorites with Jim Meehan and Kate Krader; Michael Symon's 5 Ingredient Dishes in 5 Minutes; and a cooking demonstration with the winner of Top Chef: New Orleans (Season 11), on which Colorado's own Travis Masar is still a contender.
Tickets for the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen are $1,250 before March 15, 2013 and $1,350 thereafter, and are available on the festival's website.
