On Monday, February 18, Fat Sully's, the New York-style pizzeria that got its start on East Colfax and gained more fans with a truck-based operation, will open its second brick and mortar location at 143 South Broadway. Owners Drew and Ashley Shader, who also own and operate the Denver Biscuit Company and the Atomic Cowboy, will unveil a small but mighty space that features delivery, pick up, and a walk-up window for slices and to-go pies.
The new pie shop will offer delivery to Bonnie Brae, Baker, Cherry Creek, Country Club, and Platte Park, almost tripling the delivery area that the sister location already covered.
Before the Monday opening, however, Fat Sully's on South Broadway will offer FREE slices this week on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. or until whenever the pizzeria runs out. On Sunday, February 17, Fat Sully's will be giving away slices from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. for a meet the neighbors get-together out front of the shop.
