The Mardi Gras Party Round Up Includes Traditional Food and Carnival Dancing

Central Bistro and Bar invites guests to join a 'Nawlin's style feast tonight. Special offerings include an oyster Po Boy sandwiches and Abita 'Turbogog' beer combo for $12. Turbodog from the Crescent City is an award-winning dark brown ale brewed with Willamette hops and a combination of pale, crystal, and chocolate malts. Strings of bead "bling" and an all night happy hour will be available as well.

Big Easy Creole Kitchen in Cherry Creek will host a Mardi Gras party, highlighting the flavors of New Orleans and hosting a live music band for the occasion. As for eating, expect an authentic crawfish boil with red beans and rice. The celebration will be rolling tonight from 6 to 10 p.m.

Tonight, the Wynkoop Brewing Co. will host Fat Tuesday at the Koop, an annual party that starts with a keg-kicking parade that leaves Wazee Supper Club at 5:30 p.m. and ends at the Koop. Beer, beads, a Cajun band, and New Orleans-style fare will compete the party.

Head on over to Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret tonight at 8 p.m. for the Bella Diva Dance Show, a Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday-themed party featuring carnivale, samba, and belly dancing. The Bella Diva troupe will perform in true Mardi Gras-style, bedazzled with sequins and dripping with feathers.
