Pinche Tacos Opens Second Location in the Highlands

New, 4 comments

Today at 11 a.m., Pinche Tacos, the modern Mexican taqueria that got its start in a food cart and opened a first brick and mortar in November 2011, opens the doors to a second location. The West Highlands space is just a tad larger that the original City Park Pinche Tacos, featuring 82 seats, a lot of them at a bar, high communal table inside the bar area, or at the kitchen counter.

The style is the same at this new location both in the decor and menu offerings. There is metal around the bar, dark wood tables, included a community table nearly identical to the one from the sister location, quirky modern light fixtures, and Mexican-influenced decorations that include a cross-bearing hostess desk and a TACOS sign made in Mexico from recycled materials.

The menu is the same with one addition nachos and some new-fangled house extractions, infusions, and liqueurs that find themselves in a variety of cocktails. Come summer, a 22 seat patio will add an al fresco dining element to Pinche Tacos. Hours of operations are identical to the other location- lunch and dinner will be served every day with the exception of Monday when only dinner will be offered.
