Central Bistro and Bar, the LoHi neighborhood eatery, had some 30 bottles of booze less this morning after a break-in that occurred during the night. Surveillance video recorded three men throwing a large rock through the window and entering the restaurant at about 3:30 a.m. today. All they stole was the booze, about 30 bottles, all within two to three minutes. A police report has been filed.
The restaurant is still in service and operating as normal. Repairs to the window are in process and should be completed in the next couple of days, Saturday morning at the latest.
