Cakebread Winemaker Dinner; New Belgium's Scavenger Hunt; Michelin Star Chefs; Snowball Snowbrunch.

LARIMER SQUARETAG is hosting Dennis Cakebread of Napa Valley's Cakebread Cellars on Thursday March 14 at 7 p.m. for a six-course meal that will include wine pairings for $125 per person. Make reservations by e-mailing events@tag-restaurant.com.

ELDORA— This Saturday, February 23, New Belgium's Scavenger Hunt series will take over Eldora Ski Resort, boasting, "the most hilarious day of the season." Groups of one to four people can participate in the scavenger hunt which costs $10 per person plus the cost of a lift ticket. Participants can expect to chase clues spanning New Belgium's beer and culture, sustainability, the hosting resort, and the participating non-profit. This weekend it will benefit the Leave No Trace Center for Outdoor Ethics. Prizes will be awarded at the post-party from 3 to 5 p.m.

WINTER PARKWinter Park Mountain Lodge and The IndiCard will play host to a Snowball Snowbrunch featuring beats, brunch, and booze on Saturday March 9 at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets are $35 and benefit Phoenix 999 a charity formed in the wake of the Aurora shooting by Columbine survivors to provide resources to victims and their families affected by mass tragedy and violence.

ASPEN— Next month, two different Michelin star chefs from Paris will host a series of dinners at The St. Regis Hotel and Resort in collaboration with Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE. These dinners include a four-course menu for $150 a person, with optional wine pairings. On March 6, 8 and 9, chef Cyril Lignac who was named 2012 "Chef of the Year" by GQ magazine will be cooking. On March 14 and 16, the club welcomes chef Mathieu Pacaud of L' Ambroise which has retained three Michelin stars for over 20 years. Call 970.429.9581 for reservations.
