After much anticipation, FATE Brewing Company will open to the public tonight at 5 p.m. The newly renovated 7,000 square-foot restaurant and brewery, previously of Playa Azul in East Boulder, boasts seating for almost 200 and features 30 beers on draft. The restaurant's south facing patio also offers 90 additional seats for the warmer months. Owner Mike Lawinski (previously of Big Red F Group) and Head Brewer Jeff Griffith have guest taps from most Boulder breweries to create collaboration beers that FATE will serve on draft as they open. Griffith will begin brewing FATE Brewing Company's core product offerings in February.

FATE Brewing Company's Head Chef, Tim Berry has created a diverse menu that provides a step up from pub food such as chili rubbed trout, roasted sweet corn succotash, and stout braised pot roast for their brunch, lunch, and dinner services they're offering.

The restaurant will be open daily at 11 a.m. and serve brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m.. A Core Beer Release Party will be announced in March. For more information on the restaurant, brewery, or upcoming events, please call 303.449.FATE.
