Chefs Up Front Will Serve Its 19th Annual Dinner on March 17

It is not often that more than twenty of Colorado's top chefs come together to cook at one event, but on Sunday, March 17, Chefs Up Front, the premier dining event organized yearly by Cooking Matters Colorado will make that possible. Among the chefs committed to this event are Matt Selby of Corner House, Max MacKissock of the Squeaky Bean, and Steven Redzikowski of Oak at Fourteenth.

Chefs Up Front is on its 19th year of hosting this culinary benefit dedicated to ending childhood hunger. The chefs who participate donate their time, talent, and passion and prepare dinner tableside for guests, aiming to raise the critical funds needed to empower low-income families with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to prepare healthy and affordable meals.

The event, which takes place in the Mile High Ballroom at the Convention Center, will open with a reception at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Individual tickets are $300 per person and can be reserved by calling 303.801.0326 or visiting www.strength.org/cuf. One hundred percent of proceeds support Share Our Strength's Cooking Matters efforts to end childhood hunger through nutrition education here in Colorado.
