Cafe Max, a European-inspired gathering place that brings together good food, design, fashion, and architecture, will open its doors on Sunday, February 10 at its location at 2412 E. Colfax Avenue. The space that formerly housed the Balance hair salon has been transformed by owner Max Hopewell-Arizmendi and his partner Yuki, with the goal of creating an environment where artistic and business-minded folks can meet to share food, thoughts, beverages, as well as culture and art.
