Pi Day at Patxi's Pizza; Wine Dinner at Coohills, and More

CHERRY CREEK— On Thursday, March 14, Patxi's Pizza, located at 185 Steele Street, will celebrate Pi Day (apparently tomorrow is Pi Day) with a $3.14 pie slice special, exclusive of tax or gratuity. Between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., dine-in guests who can prove that they are a fan of Patxi's via Facebook, Twitter, or Foursquare will get the chance to enjoy Patxi's pizza slices for "Pi" ($3.14). A reception will take place at 6:30 with dinner at 7 p.m. The dinner will serve as culinary journey with some of Napa's greatest wines - five courses paired with five wines for $80 per person. BOULDER — On Monday, March 18, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series will feature the Piedmontese wines of Andrea Sottimano. This weekly series is co-hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu.
