The Broadmoor announced that Adam Thomas joined its team as executive pastry chef. Thomas came from the Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where he served as executive pastry chef since 2011. He will oversee and manage all pastry and baking in the resort's eight restaurants, two cafés, banquets, weddings and room service for the resort's 800 rooms. [Eaterwire]
