Aspen's newly remodeled Hotel Jerome brought on Jill Zimorski as its new wine director. Zimorski comes from Washington, D.C. where she last worked for the ThinkFoodGroup as Sommelier and Beverage Director. Most recently she led the beverage program at Bryan Voltaggio's VOLT. Prior to that she headed the award-winning wine and cocktail programs for José Andrés' ThinkFoodGroup, including hotspots Jaleo, minibar by josé andrés', and Zaytinya. [Eaterwire]
