Today, the James Beard Foundation live-streamed its announcement of the finalists for the James Beard Awards from Charleston and Colorado's own Frasca Food and Wine and chef Jennifer Jasinski have been recognized for their exceptional work. For the fourth year in a row, Frasca Food and Wine became a finalist in the Outstanding Wine Program category. Master sommelier and co-owner Bobby Stuckey leads the wine program of the Boulder restaurant. Chef Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja, Bistro Vendome, and Euclid Hall was named finalist in the Best Chef Southwest category. Jasinski was a finalist in the same category last year.
The winners will be announced at the James Beard Foundation Awards on Monday, May 6, 2013 at Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall in New York City.
