On Sunday, March 17, Chefs Up Front, an annual event organized by Cooking Matters Colorado, hosted its fundraising dinner downtown Denver. 32 local chefs, including Max MacKissock of the Squeaky Bean, Sean Yontz of El Diablo and Sketch, and Jeff Osaka of Twelve, cooked table-side for 320 guests. The event raised a total of $132,350, funds that will be used for programs aimed at ending childhood hunger in Colorado. [Eaterwire]
