Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, an Austin-based cinema-eatery chain, will open its first Colorado location in the Aspen Grove Shopping Center in Littleton, on March 25. The seven-screen theater will accommodate up to 900 movie-goers and will be complemented by Glass Half Full, a full service bar focused on craft beer and quality original and classic cocktails. A preview of the space is now available through a photo gallery, along with details on the food and beverage offerings.
The cinema and beer emporium devotes 32 taps and four rotating badass handles exclusively to Colorado beers. Beer lovers will be able to enjoy beers from Dry Dock Brewing, Wynkoop Brewing Company, and Upslope Brewing Company, among others. An additional 32 options are available in bottles and cans, expanding the offerings to many brews from the United States and abroad, including Firestone Walker Brewing, Dogfish Head, and Chimay.
The menu is large with offerings ranging from adult boozy milkshakes, cheese plates, multiple kinds of burgers, brunch specials, several pizzas, a selection of salads and wraps, snacks and treats. And yes, there is popcorn too, as well as a kids menu. The complete selection is available on the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema website.
