Christopher Jordan, the executive pastry chef who spent the last two years in the massive kitchen at EDGE, the restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel, is packing up his knifes and his suitcases. Jordan accepted a position with the Four Seasons Hotel located along the Arabian Gulf in Doha, Qatar. No earth-shattering event prompted the move, aside from Jordan's thirst for travel and adventure and the well-timed availability of an attractive position on the other side of the world.
Christopher Jordan operates at high speed. On Saturday, March 23, he is getting married in a small ceremony followed by a larger party in San Francisco. A short honeymoon in Santa Fe follows with an immediate return to Denver to bake and create desserts for one more holiday, Easter weekend. After that, Jordan will be on his way to Qatar, a place that he has never visited before. He promises to return to Denver at least to visit.
In the meantime, Jordan's big shoes are available to fill for the right candidate. The Four Seasons Denver is actively seeking the perfect candidate for the position of executive pastry chef. More details on the position are available here.
