Beast + Bottle, the restaurant that siblings Paul and Aileen Reilly opened just a few weeks ago in the former Olivea space, got high praises from chef and writer John Broening. Among other things, Broening, who used to be the chef at Olivea, spoke of the comfortable feel of the restaurant, chef Reilly's guileless enthusiasm, and the escarole kimchee.
