The reopening of Boulder's classic Chautauqua Dining Hall is a home run, Denver Post writer Douglas Brown says. Three Leaf Concepts, which also owns nearby Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant and Aji Latin American Restaurant, took over the restaurant, remodeling it and revamping the menu. Brown raves about its surprisingly ambitious food, including mussels, poutine, hay-smoked pork chops and wilted pea tendrils, and vintage-style ambiance. [DP]
