More Caviar at Trillium; Master Sommelier Richard Betts Presents His New Wines at Frasca

BALLPARKTrillium, the Scandinavian-inspired restaurant owned by chef Ryan Leinonen, is now serving two new caviars in smaller tins - 10 grams each versus the usual 30 grams. The smaller size makes this luxury more approachable for diners from a price-point perspective. The White Sturgeon is $38 while the Russian Sturgeon is $50. BOULDER — On Monday, April 15, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series will feature Richard Betts and his new French wines. This weekly series is co-hosted by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu. DOWNTOWNThe Palm Restaurant, a staple old-school power lunch spot, has launched a new menu that allows gueststo be in and out in one hour. Classic Palm favorites remain available, while new, lighter dishes are introduced. What should guests look forward to? UPTOWN ACE bar manager Randy Layman introduced a spring drink menu at the Uptown restaurant. Among the new attractions is the new non-alcoholic Ace Celery Soda- juiced organic celery, cane sugar, and sparkling water. A new alcoholic cocktail is the Year Of The Snake, a combination of Ransom Old Tom Gin, cardamom syrup, and Dram's Citrus Medica Bitters.
