BALLPARK— Trillium, the Scandinavian-inspired restaurant owned by chef Ryan Leinonen, is now serving two new caviars in smaller tins - 10 grams each versus the usual 30 grams. The smaller size makes this luxury more approachable for diners from a price-point perspective. The White Sturgeon is $38 while the Russian Sturgeon is $50. BOULDER — On Monday, April 15, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series will feature Richard Betts and his new French wines. This weekly series is co-hosted by master sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu.
