LODO— On May 2, starting at 6 p.m., Russell's Smokehouse will host a Cocktail and Spirit Dinner. Executive chef Taylor Drew has partnered with Peach Street Distillers out of Palisade to bring a unique cocktail and spirit dinner to the LoDo restaurant. Four courses will be served paired with cocktails crafted Bonanno Concepts beverage director Adam Hodak. The dinner costs $50 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. BOULDER — Today, April 22, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series will feature Wolfgang Klotz of Cantina Termeno. Two whites and a red from one of Alto-Adige's most important producers will be featured. This weekly series is co-hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu.
