Colt & Gray's sister cocktail bar, charcuterie kitchen, and private dining room- Ste. Ellie and Viande- has finally started demolition on its space, Laura Shunk reported for Cafe Society. Chef and owner Nelson Perkins announced plans for expansion into the space next door a year and a half ago. Construction will begin soon and all involved hope to have the new joint up and running by the end of August. [Cafe Society]
