ProStart, a program by the Colorado Restaurant Association Education Foundation that prepares high schoolers for careers in the restaurant industry, now reaches 29 state-based schools and 850 students says an article in the Denver Post. It features the new culinary and hospitality program that Englewood High School is starting and the lunch time cook-offs at Westminster's Standley Lake High School.
