Uno Mas, a new modern taqueria, will open on South Pearl in the old Budapest Bistro space, 5280 Magazine reported. The Mexican-centric joint will be helmed by Drew Middleton, the current executive chef at Gaia's. The anticipated opening is mid-May. [5280]
