Rose Wine Event at EDGE; Spring Dinner at Vesta; More

DOWNTOWN— On Wednesday, April 10, Robert Davis, Sommelier at EDGE Restaurant & Bar, will host the EDGE Concepts Wine Wednesday this week, featuring his favorite Rockin' Rosés. He will teach guests about rosé wines, all of which have been paired with light appetizers. The lesson and tasting takes place from 5:30 to 7 p.m. and costs $18 per person. LODO— On Sunday, April 28, Vesta Dipping Grill presents a special dinner inspired by Stravinsky's music "The Rite of Spring." Chef Brandon Foster has composed 13 movements of food, all paired with wines and cocktails by sommelier Eric Dutton.
