Potager, the restaurant that Teri Rippeto opened in 1997, received high praises in this week's Westword restaurant review. From the twice-baked goat-cheese soufflé to the white-bean soup and the housemade ice creams, critic Gretchen Kurtz has nothing but positive things to say about the food. Set in an eclectic environment with friendly and long-lasting waitstaff and an aversion to trends, Potager is a Capitol Hill institution. [Westword]
