Today, Snarfburger, a burger joint from the people who created the beloved Snarf's sandwich shops, opened its doors to the public in Boulder at 2000 Arapahoe Avenue. The tiny restaurant- a mere 350-square-foot set in the former Daddy Bruce's Bar-B-Que location- boasts old school red and yellow paint accents and a total of eight seats inside. A patio adds eight tables to the seating total.
The menu is simple and straightforward - burgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, fried bologna with cheese and mustard and more. Snarfburger will be open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, with longer hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
