There are a few lighter, warm-weather friendly options, including the seasoned tofu bao with a vegetable slaw, seared tuna salad with a yuzu vinaigrette, and the Vietnamese noodle bowl. Pair those with a fresh made Carrot, Apple, Ginger juice, house-made Bitter Lemon Soda, or the unexpected springtime cocktail hit, The Drunken Sailor, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Noval Black Port, oolong syrup, lemon, and Angostura Bitters, and you have a great warm-weather meal.
