Bryce Gilmore of Barley Swine to Cook at Oak at Fourteenth; New Beer Programs; More

BOULDER – On June 12, starting at 6 p.m., as part of the Celebrity Chef Tour, Oak at Fourteenth will host chef Bryce Gilmore of the popular Austin restaurant Barley Swine. Gilmore will join chef Steve Redzikowski in the Boulder kitchen to prepare several seasonally inspired courses that will be paired with cocktails created by bartender Bryan Dayton in collaboration with Manny Hinojosa, the celebrity guest mixologist. Tickets are $170 per person, all inclusive, and can be purchased online on the Celebrity Chef Tour website. [Eaterwire]

CHERRY CREEKPatxi's Pizza, the San Francisco-based pizzeria with locations in Cherry Creek and Cherry Hills has hopped on the Denver beer bandwagon. On the current beer program, the restaurant serves Prost Brewing's Weißier, Bull & Bush Brewery's Allgood Amber Ale, and Left Hand Brewery's Polestar on draft. Draft beers are available by the glass and pitcher. Other additions in cans and bottles include Dale's Pale Ale, Mamma's Little Yella Pills, and New Planet (a gluten-free beer to go with the gluten-free pizza). [Eaterwire]

RINOFuel Cafe, the restaurant owned by chef Bob Blair, is launching its season of patio parties on May 29, starting at 6 p.m. This first party of the year will feature lamb three ways. ARVADAThe Archive Room restaurant and lounge, located at 5601 Olde Wadsworth Blvd., unveiled a new menu and concept, complete with a revamped interior and a new executive chef. Chef Aaron Youngblood's new menu features grass-fed and meats, locally grown vegetables, small plate items, and desserts – all made from scratch.
