Ink! Coffee is expanding with a new location at 1801 California Street. The new java joint, serving brews made with locally-roasted beans, will spread over 2,000 square feet space on the first floor of a 54-story and 1.3 million-square-foot building located in Denver's central business district.
The building at 1801 California is undergoing a massive renovation to bring a new office space experience for its current and future tenants, including reconstructing the entry façades, modifying the existing plaza with new paving and landscaping, and renovating the garage and elevator vestibules. Ink! Coffee will provide an additional amenity post-renovation.
The Colorado-based coffee shop founded by Keith "Herbie" Herbert who started with a lone coffee cart in Aspen is slated to open this new location this coming fall. By July, Ink! Coffee will also open in the Highlands at 3484 W. 32nd Avenue in the space previously occupied by Common Grounds.
