Brick House Tavern + Tap, an American gastropub with 16 locations nationally, opened its first Colorado outpost in Parker at 19320 Cottonwood Drive. The joint serves classic American fare with a modern twist, specialty cocktails and a selection of more than 80 beers, including 18 local craft beers and hand-pulled cask beer selections.
A sports fan's haven, the Brick House flaunts more than 30 flat screen TVs in its space, allowing guests to enjoy watching a game from virtually any spot in the restaurant that can accomodate up to 260 people indoors and outdoors. The patio has a fire-pit and will feature live music on weekend during the summer.
To kick off its Colorado debut, Brick House will roll out new patio-friendly drinks, daily menu specials and host local bands on the patio Saturday nights from 9 p.m.-12 a.m. and Sundays from 6-10 p.m., starting Saturday, June 8. Brick House is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
