Ribolla Gialla Night at Frasca; Cornhole at Comida; the Hot Rocks Griller Challenge at Elway's

BOULDER — On June 3, Frasca Food and Winepresents Una Serata di Ribolla Oslaviana, an evening with six winemakers and six wines from Oslavia, the home turf of the varietal Ribolla Gialla. This weekly Monday series is co-hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey who works the floor and interacts with guests and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson who creates a four-course seasonal menu. LONGMONTEvery Monday throughout the summer, the Comida Cantina in Longmont will be offering all night happy-hour food and drink specials from 3 p.m. to close. Off the patio, Cornhole will be in full effect - keeping a watermelon margarita in one hand is key for balance in this house-favorite game. CHERRY CREEK — On Wednesday, June 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Elway's Cherry Creek, Denver Health Foundation will host the fifth annual Hot Rocks Griller Challenge fundraiser. This party is about 15 of Denver's top chefs grilling real food in a heated competition. Among them are Paul Reilly of Beast + Bottle, Max Mackissock of the Squeaky Bean, Goose Sorensen of Solera, and Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja. Tickets start at $100 per person and must be purchased in advance online at DenverHealthFoundation.org.

LODO — On Tuesday, June 19 at 6 p.m., award-winning Leopold Bros distillery will join forces with the Green Russell team for a seven-course cocktail dinner.
