Pho-Natic, the pho-centric restaurant that opened two years ago in Capitol Hill, was reviewed this week by the Denver Post. The restaurant, owned by chef Pho-natic's chef is Oi Thi Nguyen who was born in 1956 in a village in South Vietnam, received one and a half stars from restaurant reviewer William Porter. He recommended the Tái chin as a must. [DP]
