BOULDER — Today, June 10, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series features the Wines Of Robert Sinskey Vineyards. Beth Gustafsson, sales director for Robert Sinskey Vineyards, will join Frasca to pour some of the wineries refined wines.I n this weekly series is co-hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu. BROOMFIELD — Ten Colorado chefs will feature culinary pairings with 20 Gold Medal Beers on Wednesday June 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the 4th Annual Pairsine Chefs Food & Beer Pairing Competition. The event, which includes live music and a silent auction benefiting Share Our Strength, will take place at the Outdoor Pavilion at the Omni Interlocken Resort.
