This week PETA announced their 2013 list of Top Vegan-Friendly Cities that included Boulder as number nine. The writeup featured Sun Deli & Liquor, Julia's Kitchen, Tsing Tao, and Leaf Vegetarian Restaurant. The most vegan-friendly city was Austin, Texas with Portland, Oregon as the runner up. [PETA]
