On Monday, June 17, Frasca Food and Wine is welcoming chef, restaurateur, and Bravo's Top Chef All-Star Richard Blais for a special dinner with Wells Guthrie of Copain Winery. Blais will create a four-course menu for the evening. Each guest will receive a signed copy of Richard Blais' debut cookbook Try This At Home: Recipes From my Head to Your Plate.
