DOWNTOWN Skyline Market, a once-a-week Friday event offering food, vendors and entertainment, opened for the summer in Skyline Park along the 16th Street Mall at Arapahoe Street. The weekly market will be open every Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. through August 30. As part of the weekly market, "Park to Table Dinner" provides a weekly three-course meal prepared by a Denver chef with chef Matt Selby of Corner House guest-staring tomorrow, Friday June 21. CHERRY CREEK/CHERRY HILLS On Saturday, June 29, Patxi's Pizza at its Cherry Creek and Cherry Hills locations will celebrate Vegan Pizza Day. The pizzerias will serve the Vegan Pizza combo, available as a whole pie or as a slice of the Day, prepared in both thin and stuffed crust and featuring Daiya Vegan Mozarella, whole wheat crust, fresh spinach, crushed garlic, and red onion. BOULDER — On June 24, Frasca Food and Wine's Monday night wine dinner series features the Wines Of Caduceus And Merkin Vineyards. Arizona-based winemaker Maynard James Keenan will join Frasca to pour a flight of his wines. In this weekly series is co-hosted by Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, who works the floor and interacts with guests, and chef/co-owner Lachlan Mackinnon Patterson, who creates a four-course seasonal menu.
