Kettle & Stone Brewing Co., a Boulder startup brewery, opened its doors yesterday at 6880 Winchester Circle, the Daily Camera reported. On opening day, the brewery had three beers ready to go: the Opening Day IPA, Freedom Stout, and Solstice Wheat. There are eight taps in the joint, which will allow for the eventual dispensing of a variety of small-batch beer and ginger ale offerings. [DailyCamera]
