Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 4, the popular downtown food truck gathering called Civic Center Eats kicks off in Civic Center Park. This is the fourth year of this event that will go on throughout the summer, nearly every Tuesday and Thursday between 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through September 26. Aside from some of Denver's best food trucks, including Pinche Tacos, Steuben's, and the Uber Sausage, Civic Center Eats brings live music and other attractiins. [Eaterwire]
