Snarf's Sandwiches and Snarfburger Will Add New Locations By the Fall

New, 6 comments

When Jim "Snarf" Seidel gave Eater a sneak peek into the first location of Snarfburger back in May, he confirmed that he was already in the process of opening a second location. That second burger joint will open by the end of the summer at 985 S. Public Road in Lafayette. The space is modest, seating 25 to 30 indoor and outdoor with a patio space will be enclosed during winter. As for the menu and offerings, they will mimic what the Boulder shop is very successfully slinging every day- simple greasy impossible-not-to-love burgers.

Snarf's original appeal, however, rests in sandwiches. The family-owned collection of sandwich shops that started out in Boulder in 1996, announced in February that it will significantly expand its local and national reach taking the current 14 Snarf's outlets along Colorado's Front Range, St. Louis, and Chicago to 50 nationwide by 2018. The first in this expansion is a sandwich shop at 2425 Broadway Avenue, at the edge of the Ballpark and RiNo neighborhoods. This sandwich joint will seat 25 to 30 inside and another 12 to 15 guests on a patio. The projected opening is fall of this year and the plan is to serve beer and wine alongside the already popular Snarf's sandwiches.
