Matador Restaurant and Tequila Bar will open in mid-August in the original home of Heidi's Deli at 32nd and Lowell, Cafe Society reports. As expected from the restaurant's sister locations, margaritas will play a center role alongside a Mexican menu focused on fresh produce and housemade marinades, rubs and sauces.
