Table Tennis Pros Demo at ACE; WineFest in Castle Rock, Beer Festival at Copper Kettle

UPTOWN— On Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21, ACE will host the Battle Royale, in conjunction with Table Tennis supply company, Killerspin. The weekend will feature Killerspin Pros, Biba Golic (ESPN's "Sexiest Woman in Sports") and Lupi (Men's Olympic Medalist & World Champ), not only treating spectators to some high skill exhibition play, but also a chance for local players to test their table tennis skills against the pros! The schedule: Saturday, 7 to 11 p.m. —Play With The Pros; Sunday: 4 to 6 p.m.: exhibition-style play, showcasing the skills of two of the world's best table tennis players.

SOUTH EAST DENVER— On Saturday, July 20 from 4 to 8 p.m., Copper Kettle Brewing Co. (1338 S Valentia Street) will host A Night to Remember. This Colorado-only beer festival will honor the one year anniversary all of the Aurora theater shooting victims. One hundred percent of the proceeds will be dedicated to the ACT Foundation in the name of Alex Teves, one of Copper Kettle Brewing's close customers who died in the shooting. CASTLE ROCK— On Saturday, July 20 from 2 to 8 p.m., wine lovers are invited to join the 10th Annual Castle Rock WineFest. The Grand Tasting of Colorado wines will take place at the Grange in the Meadows at 3692 Meadows Boulevard. This outdoor wine tasting event will showcase more than two dozen wineries and over 180 varieties of Colorado wine.
