Stem Ciders Will Open in RiNo This Fall

Stem Ciders, a local cider company found a home for itself in Denver's RiNo neighborhood at 2811 Walnut Street. There is a lot of work to be done to the space but the demolition process began and construction will soon follow.

Stem Ciders is the creation of Eric Foster and his parter, Phil Kao, both from Michigan. The duo is passionate about hard ciders, a beverage that has started to make a come-back on the American market in the last few years. At the end of December 2012, Stem Ciders launched Prelude, its first commercially available product, crafted in collaboration with Denver Beer Co. The doors to the cidery will likely open this fall.
