The series is produced by Something Independent, a group committed to bringing the stories of entrepreneurs to life. The restaurant will feature nine great courses, 14 amazing wines and four sommeliers serving diners who are the judges of this wine service competition. LOHI— On Tuesday, July 23 starting at 7:30 p.m., Root Down will host a Rosé Wine Dinner. The five-course meal will include oyster shooters, Valencian paella, and grilled Bob White quail. PARK HILL— On July 23 between 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Park Hill Golf Course, Argonaut Liquor Store will host the 90's Club Tasting. All wines tasted during the evening will have a rating of 90 points or above from anywhere in the world. The tasting costs $30 in advance and $35 on day of the event.
