Sweet Cow Ice Cream Will Open a Boulder Location

Sweet Cow, the small batch ice cream shop that got its start in downtown Louisville, plans to open its third ice cream shop at 2632 Broadway in Boulder, Boulder Source reported. The ice cream makery, led by owner Drew Honness, will continue to make everything in-house from the ice cream to the hand spun milkshakes, and house-baked cookies for ice cream sandwiches.

The second location of for Sweet Cow opened in April in the Highlands at 3475 W. 32nd Avenue. The Boulder shop is slated for opening in November.
