Chef, teacher, and author Fabrizia Lanza will be joining the Frasca Food and Wine kitchen tonight to prepare an authentic Sicilian four course menu. Lanza's first cookbook, "Coming Home to Sicily," will be available for purchase tonight. The menu will be paired with Tascante wines from the Mount Etna area - a white from Carricante and two reds from Nerello Mascalese.
