ViewHouse, an eatery and bar that opened this spring close to the baseball stadium in the Ballpark neighborhood will open a second, larger location in Centennial. The home of the ViewHouse 2.0 will be the now-defunct iconic Traildust Steakhouse, which closed its doors in December 2009. Owner François Safieddine and managing partner, Brand Manske plan to redesign and expand the space located at 7101 South Clinton Street and take full advantage of the spectacular views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range that the space offers.
In its 16,000 square foot space, the new ViewHouse will feature rooftop dining, outdoor activities similar to those from the flagship location, two large banquet rooms for private parties and events, and more. The bar and food offerings will be adjusted to accommodate the new location's demographic, including expanded menu with more focus on entrées that provide a dining atmosphere conducive to casual entertainment. Construction will begin December of this year to be completed by April 2014.
